No matter where in the world you are reading this, Adriene may very be your yoga teacher.   Yoga with Adriene is one of the most popular yoga channels on YouTube, with an average of 4 million monthly views and a total of 50 million views (!!)  Adriene and I met as actors years ago on the set of a film. We often talked about lack of agency to actors, especially actresses, to make their own way in the world.  We also talked a lot of the need to make the work yourself, rather than waiting for someone to give you the dream role that may never come.
